晩ご飯でお邪魔しました。
地下鉄今池駅付近の広小路通りを一本中に入ったにあるこちらのお店は近江牛を取り扱う焼肉屋さんとして4月ごろにオープンした焼肉屋さんとなっております。
お店は三階まであるようで一階は七輪を置いた立ち食いスタイル。二階以降はテーブル席もあるようです。
今回は以前よりTwitterで見ていた「本気のまぜそば」というものを食べてみたくてお邪魔しました。ラーメン屋さんで修行して身に着けた味が楽しめるとのことです。
出てきたまぜそばはチャーシュー、ネギ、海苔、ニラと一見するとよくあるシンプルなスタイルに見えますが、チャーシューは炭火であぶられて香ばしい香りがして焼肉のタレに近いようなたれがかかっておりました。麺も黒コショウがまぶされており、ピリッとした一風変わった味となっておりました。
追い飯がなかったのが残念でしたが、焼肉屋さんの本気、堪能させていただきました。
