初来店になります。すし昇と麺屋はなびのコラボのお店で、お値段的にも雰囲気的にも入りやすいお店でした。

お寿司そのものの味は高級寿司店と遜色ないと思います。握り方は優しく、シャリがほどける感じです。赤シャリと白シャリを使い分けているのも良いです。内装やメニュー表などの雰囲気に価格差を感じさせる部分がありますが、そもそものコンセプトのこともありますし、あえて狙っているのかもしれません。
慈善事業かと思うくらいの価格設定だと思うので心配になってしまいますが、またお邪魔したいと思います。
