今池駅徒歩1分、雑居ビル2Fのてんびさん。行きつけの同僚に誘われて初訪問。
ビルの風貌からは想像出来ない店内の落ち着いた雰囲気にまずやられてしまいました。
ランチは3種、王道のづけ丼を注文。マグロ赤身、ハマチ、サーモン、イカ、玉子、イクラに食欲をそそる卵黄。もはや黄金の組み合わせです。シャリは赤酢でコクのある仕上がりですが、お米の弾力が今まで食べたことの無い主張！聞けば岐阜のお米だそうですが、一粒一粒の主張がとても心地よい漬け丼でした。魚の鮮度もよく、満足ランチです。
恵方巻きの事前注文があると聞いて早速予約。節分週末の楽しみが増えました。
