兼ねてより気になっていたこちら，ようやく念願がかない初の訪問．
最近，今池から池下に移転したとのことで，店内も今池時代よりも
かなり広くなっているようです．
外観，店内共に洒落た雰囲気．ミシュランがお出迎えです．
焼き鳥はどれも絶品．一つ一つが丁寧で，炭火でパリッとした食感と
ジューシーさを合わせもつ絶妙な火入れ．
さすがミシュランに掲載されただけありますね．
特に美味しいかったのは，子羊の香草焼き．
クセのないラム肉，香草の風味も相まって噛むほどに旨味が溢れます．
創作串なども多く，他の焼き鳥屋ではいただけない串も多いのが魅力ですね．
また伺いたいと思います．
