8月を締めるのは千種駅近くの高級焼肉店。社内VIPと同席させていただきました。ありがとうございます。
しかし写真を撮るのはOK。なぜならお客さん全員めちゃ写してるからw そう、ここは魅せる焼肉屋さん。高級だけどフレンドリーな雰囲気で時間が進む。
店について説明すると千種駅を東に歩いたところにある。車道とか近い。暖簾をくぐるとカウンターのみのこじんまりとした造り。写真にも出てる若くてイケメンな店長さんが出迎えてくれる。
満席ではないのだが奥から詰めて座るように言われたので何でかなーと思っていたらそれぞれ目の前にコンロを置いて焼いてくれる完全フルサービス。だから並んで座るのね。離れて座ったら将棋の多面差しみたいになっちゃうし。
まずは鮮やかなお肉を並べて見せてくれる。ここからシャッターチャンススタート。全て牛でタン、サーロイン、肩ロース、ブリスケ、ザブトンだったかな？1番下の写真参照。
ショータイムスタート！鮮やかな手つきで前菜からどんどん仕上げてサーブしてくれる。下ごしらえくらいはしてあるのかな？全て1から仕上げているように見える。まるでテレビのクッキングショーのようにお肉が調理される様は見ていて楽しい。
写真を見てもらえば細かい説明はいらないだろう。飲み物も美味い。何気ないレモンサワーやジュースが妙に美味しいのは気のせいではない。雰囲気とお肉の影響もあるかなぁ。
大トリのすき焼きは愛知のブランド米と共にいただく。自宅にもあるあいちの香りではない。名前忘れたけどネットで見ると多分愛ひとつぶかなぁ。愛知米の最高峰と書いてある。
白米うまし！そしてすき焼き最高に美味い！野菜と生麩もとてもジューシーでご飯お代わりして大満足。ご馳走様でした。
