食べログの新店情報を見て行ってみた。普段は新規オープンした店はよほどの理由がない限り落ち着いた頃合いを見計らって訪問するのであるが、
理由としては「ちょっと冒険してみたい・・」
そんな気になったからである。
場所は池下駅から徒歩3分ぐらいの便利の良い場所であった。
お店には看板がないのだが、看板代わりの店の前のオブジェがイタリアンっぽい雰囲気を醸し出していたのですぐに分かった。ただ通りすがりだとイタリアンのレストランというのは全く分からないだろうなあ～～
中に入ると先客が一組いただけ・・・カウンターのみMax6名のこじんまりとしたお店であった。
ただし私が訪問した時には2組、4名であった。一斉スタートではないようで私が到着した時には先客はかなり先に行っていたようだ。
コースは1万円とかなりリーズナブルなのだがドリンクはけっこう高め・・
グラスワインは1600円～3600円なのだが特に驚いたのはソフトドリンクは普通のそこらへんに売っている烏龍茶５００ｍｌのペットボトル一択・・・しかも1本1200円と高級店でも見たことがない価格でビックリした。

どれもそこそこ美味しくは感じたが、心に刺さるようなものはなく正直に言えば無難に提供されたという感じであった。総じて言えば「値段なり」であろうか。
ただステーキに関しては素材も良く焼きも炭火で行っていたためなかなかの美味しさであった。他が美味しくてもメインに低温調理の肉を出されたら台無しだからね。
和なのかイタリアンなのかスタンスがよく分からない料理であったがそれがこちらの個性と言えば個性なのだろう。両方のいいとこ取りを狙っているのかもしれないがどっちつかずの料理になってしまっているようであった。
またオープン仕立てで時々テンパり、多少手際の悪さも否めなかったがすべてに全力投球するシェフの心意気に頭が下がる思いであった。またシェフは誠実そうな方で好感が持てたのが何よりであった。
また落ち着いたころに伺ってみようと思う。
