焼鳥 渡辺 さんが手がける3店舗目のお店がOpenすると聞いて早速の予約しました。
シェフはイタリアン10年
日本食10年
修行されてきたそうで、直近は鉄板イタリアンを任されていたそうです。
お任せ10,000円のコースのみ
とてもリーズナブルだと思います。
そんなシェフの作るメニューは
イタリアンと日本食の融合。
目で見て楽しく、シェフの工夫が至る所に感じました。
肉は割と避けている私ですが、今夜のメイン黒毛和牛は美味しかった。
貴重な部位のA5ランクというだけあって
赤身だが柔らかく食べやすかった。
食事の稲庭うどんの冷製スープはもうちょっと塩味が欲しかった。
Openしたてで、まだまだイタリアンと和食をどう組み合わせるか試行錯誤しているとのこと。
これからが楽しみなお店かなと思います。
