名古屋・覚王山の「鉄板焼にしか」。Jazzが流れるプライベート感の高い半個室のテーブル席がメインの、ちょっと大人の雰囲気の鉄板焼屋さんです。
カミさんと一緒にいただいたのは「鉄板お好み焼きランチ」1,280円と「鉄板焼きそばランチ」1,280円。「鉄板お好み焼きランチ」は海老、豚肉とイカが入ったお好み焼きとサラダ、デザートのセットですが、「鉄板焼きそばランチ」の場合はお好み焼きが、海老、豚肉、イカと目玉焼きが入った焼きそばに代わります。
どちらもウスターソースベースのオーソドックスな味わいですが、素材の味もしっかり残っているこだわりの焼き加減。予想以上にイイ感じの鉄板焼きランチを楽しめました。
ちなみに、ランチセットのデザートを大阪風にご飯と赤だしに代えたセットも選べますが、W炭水化物は年齢的に不安があるので今回はパス。これがビールに代わるのであれば、Ｗ炭水化物でも大歓迎かもしれません(^^)
