本日は2度目の訪問。
この時期とあって店内はいつもより人も少なめ。
閉店も21時（ラストオーダー20時半）にしているので早めの17時半より開始。
出汁巻きは出汁が薄めでさっぱり食べられる。
この日のヒラメの刺身は肉厚で上品な味わい。薄造りと迷ったが刺身で正解であった。
鮟鱇の辛みそ鍋も食すが、スープも辛すぎず絶妙な味付けで鮟鱇も実に弾力があった。
鍋は1人鍋なので、1人客でも安心である。
このスープがとても美味しかったので、雑炊にしたくなりお店にお願いをすると快く対応をしていただけた。お米に卵も入れていただき、最後まで鍋を堪能できた。
鍋を頼まなくても、単品で海苔の雑炊や卵雑炊もあるのでご安心を。
日本酒はポイントを押さえた銘柄があり、楽しめる。
焼酎の方が置いてある種類も多く、焼酎好きの人は良いかも。
（銘柄によってボトル注文可、焼酎セットは別途料金）
2名で約1万円。酒はさほど飲まずに2500円程度であったが、料理を堪能しすぎたか('ω')
何よりも店員さんの丁寧な接客と料理人の丁寧な仕事が素晴らしい。
また訪問したい店である。
この時期は飲食店大変であるが、できる限り大いに応援したいと思う。
