水曜日の開店時間の11時30分にちょうど到着。並んでる人が7人いました。カウンター8席のみみたいなのでちょうど入れました。良かった(^^)
担担麺やまぜそばなど気になるメニューはありましたが、初来店なので王道の中華そばとするのが正解でしょう。焼豚そば大盛をポチッ。1150円なり。
カウンター越しにチケットを渡すとご飯は付けますか？と聞かれましたので、もちろん付けました！ランチはご飯サービスみたいですね。何気にメニュー見返してみると全部のせが1250円と100円しか変わりません。ご飯もサービスでしたしここは全部のせに変更です。カウンター越しに100円を渡して無事に変更出来ました。
提供もあまり待ちませんでした。先に入った人のが後から出てましたが、中華そばでないメニューを頼んでたみたいでした。
まずはスープから。ひとくち目としては真砂さんに比べてパンチは少ないなと思いました。
麺はすごく滑らかな喉越しです。
メンマもひとくち食べてみました。うまい…こんなうまいメンマ、初めてです。メンマ大盛りで有名な好陽軒さんでも私はメンマ大盛りしないのですが、これはメンマ丼あったらスープかけて食べたいです。
焼豚は普通に美味しいです。
食べ進めて行くときに前に置いてあった、ブラックペッパー、ホワイトペッパー、ラー油といろいろ少しずつアレンジしてみました。個人的にはホワイトペッパーを少し、もう少ししたらラー油足しも良いのでは無いかと思いました。
全部のせにグレードアップしたので煮卵も付いてました。この煮卵がまたうまい…私は真砂さんでは生卵を追加して麺に絡めて食べるのが好きなんですが、この煮卵、黄身のとろとろ具合が絶妙で麺に絡みます。
スープまで完食しましたが、最後まで食べて麺にスープ、具材とトータルの完成度の高さに脱帽でした。
