鶴舞線浄心の5番出口すぐにある寿司系居酒屋です。寿司がメインですが海鮮系の一品メニューも充実しています。
カウンター席もありますがテーブル席のエリアが広くて、たぶん名古屋市内のや台ずしの中では一番大きい店舗では。
今回は海鮮ユッケ449円税別、海鮮あら煮399円税別、魚の骨せんべい299円税別、あら汁349円税別、ハイボール430円税別をオーダーしました。
海鮮ユッケの刺身の具材は当日のネタの仕入れによって変わるみたいです。どの刺身も程よく卵と絡むのでお酒に合います。
や台ずしに来るといつも注文するのが海鮮あら煮ですが、これは私の中では定番のおすすめ料理です。薄味にしっかりと魚のうま味が凝縮されているので煮汁まで飲み干してしまいました。
魚の骨せんべいとあら汁はこちらの店舗独自メニューです。魚の骨せんべいはきっちりと素揚げされててカリカリのおつまみです。高温で揚げきってあるので油っぽさは感じませんでした。
あら汁は意外に身が多くておいしかったです。なのでお寿司をオーダーまでにできず、これが締めの一品になってしまいました。
次回はちゃんとお寿司を食べるぞー！
