湯麺1000円、ミニカレー丼100円を頂きました。
湯麺は鶏白湯ベースのスープに太目の黄金色の麺が沈み、この上に軽く炒められた野菜、木耳が盛られる。野菜の食感は比較的しっかりしており、全く臭みなくトロリとしたスープが絡む。麺は1.5人分はあろうかと思うほど。旨い。
ミニカレー丼は福神漬がのる。味わいは、もう少し個性的だと嬉しいかな。
ダイニングは数席のカウンタ席のみ。回転は比較的早いかな。鮮度の良い鶏を使用しているそうだが、出汁の抽出は大変であろう。無料駐車場は店舗横の2か所に合計数台分あります。
