久しぶりに麗江へ
湯麺ﾀﾝﾒﾝ食べたくなって行ってきました！
今の時期は冷たい湯麺もあったのでこちらを♪

冷やし湯麺は鶏白湯スープにコラーゲンと野菜がたっぷり入った冷やし五目そば♪
野菜をしっかり摂れるところが本当いいところ！
そしてこちらのお店の個人的に好きなところは、味変して楽しめるところ♡
温かい麺でも味変しますが、意外と冷たいスープにラー油や胡椒、お酢などをちょこっとずつ足していくのも面白かった。
ここの炸醤麺(ｼﾞｬｰｼﾞｬｰ麺)も、夏に食べたくなるひと品。
またまた行かなきゃ♪
