長年気になってたけど場所柄なかなか行けなかったお店へ行って来たー！
勝手に駐車場ないと思い込んでたら2箇所5台分あるので行きやすい事が分かった。
店内はやや暗めでカウンターのみ。

鶏白湯ベースのスープで程良い辛みで鶏と野菜の旨みが凝縮されてます。
途中で酢、ラー油、胡椒、生姜、ニンニクを入れると劇的旨味アップ⤴︎
ひとつずつ追加して徐々に味が変わるの楽しむのが面白かった！
ここのタンメンレベル高いなぁ。
餃子も皮がもっちもちで小籠包みたいに肉汁すごくてめっちゃ美味しかった。
ご飯は普通w
ごちそうさまでした。
