晩御飯で伺いました。

★水餃子
★咖喱炒飯Sサイズ
★麻婆豆腐
カウンター10席のお店でカレーチャーハンがめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
餃子は皮が厚めで天津よりの具沢山。
食べ応えありましたが、薄皮餃子が好きなので...
麻婆豆腐はキーマカレーくらい挽肉多めなのですが、辛味やシビれのインパクトがなく、ちょっと残念
いろいろ食べたかったのでSサイズにしてしまいましたが、やっぱりチャーハンがすごく美味しかったので、次回は普通盛りをいただきに伺います。

以前、夕飯で伺って炒飯がすごく美味しかったのでランチで伺いました。
★湯麺タンメン(五目野菜そば)

・ミニジャージャー飯(肉味噌あんかけご飯)
まぁランチタイムのバタバタを考えたら当たり前のことなんですが、お昼は炒飯メニューないんですね...
表の看板に『手作り餃子と鶏白湯スープでコラーゲンとたっぷり野菜のタンメンのお店』って書いてあったのでタンメンを注文。
卵型のどんぶりに炒めた野菜がたっぷり乗った鶏白湯ラーメンで、あっさりスープに少しとろみを感じるコクがあり、野菜と食べるとほっこりするやさしい味。
ニンニクや生姜で味変できるので、調味料を中盤から投入してさらに深みある味わいに。
ジャージャー飯を忘れてしまうほど鶏白湯のタンメンにのめり込んでスープを飲み干し、ジャージャー飯へ。
甘辛の肉味噌にシャキシャキのキュウリがベストマッチ‼︎
炒飯も美味しいけど、看板メニューの鶏白湯タンメンも最高でした。
