名古屋市西区は円頓寺商店街にあるまねき寿司さんへ来ました。
円頓寺商店街からちょっと入った所にあります。
まねきさんはナチュール系のワインが強いという事で楽しみにしていました。名古屋でナチュールが置いてあるお店は増えてはきたもののやはり和食屋さんは比較的まだ置いてあるお店が少ないのが現状。鮨屋さんに至ってはほどんど聞いた事が無いです。やはり日本酒がっていうのが、当たり前なんでしょうが、お酒の多様性もこれからは必要なんじゃないでしょうか。
ワインはどこでも置いてあるんですけどね…。
和食は添加物を嫌う食べ物だと思いますので、ワインも無添加のヴァンナチュールを置いてほしいかなと。
お料理はつまみがどんぴしゃに好物が出てきて嬉しかったです。
日間賀の河豚を使ったてっさや焼きふぐ。
豊浜の渡り蟹や鮑。豪華メンバーなおつまみと、序盤から出てくる美味しいナチュールワインのせいで早々に酔っぱらってしまいましたｗ。
新イカも最高でした。
お鮨も名物の押し寿司の頃には腹パン過ぎてしまいましたので、必ずリベンジしたいです。
