ずっと気になってた居酒屋さんに初訪問です
【台湾まぜそば】
ツルモチの低加水の細麺に醤油タレがしっかり絡む♂️
シャキッと食感のモヤシとニラの炒め物やピリ辛さ程よい台湾ミンチが美味しい
メニューには「台湾もやし炒め」と麺無しのもあるので、そちらだけを追加で頼みたいぐらい

底には骨粉たっぷりで良き
