今日は、法務局の帰路からほど近い「晴快荘」でランチ。
ミックスフライの揚げが綺麗に揚げてあり、流石専門店は
違うと思いつつ、
カウンター内に陣取る「女将さん」がオーダーを受け背後
の厨房へ指示し、注文を受けたランチが続々と量産化され、
ホールの女性陣への指示系統は機敏で気持ちがいい。
この地域一帯がビジネス街で、社員食堂の役目を果たして
いて、ビジネスマンのお昼の休憩時間に間に合わせる思い
が伝わる光景は、昭和を感じ懐かしく思ふ。

お昼は11：30～14：00（LO）夜は17:00～22:00
入店した時、地下への階段に電気が付いていなく、
閉店かと思ったら、店内のテーブル席はいっぱい。
電気を付けなく、1階のメニュー看板を置かなくても
お客さんは続々と入店（食べ終わったら電気も灯る）
テーブル席以外に、大広間もあり、近辺のビジネス
マンの宴会に使われるのだろう。
洋食屋さんが厨房で使う、お皿とお皿を積み上げる
樹脂の枠に、キャベツが盛られたお皿が重なり、
注文に応じ、食材を乗っける。
これって、お皿が晒し者にならないから自分は好き。
この量産方法で、短時間でランチを回転させるが、
料理に手抜きはない!!!!★★★
❖名門の名古屋市立「名城小学校」
お店は、名古屋の名門「名城小学校」真東にある。
私的事柄ですが、うちの親は越境通学でこの小学校に入学
させ某中学へ進学させる予定だったのを、見事に打ち砕き、
地元小学校に通う事となった因縁の小学校。
現在、越境入学を市は認めていないが、お上品な小学生が
多い。（でも2008年の調査で市全体で250名と新聞報道）
❖愛知県水産会館地下1階
名古屋の庁舎街の南部「愛知県水産会館」にお店はあり、
なんとなくそのビルの地下に「晴快荘」があると、海産
物が新鮮なのかと思ってしまう。
❖晴快荘 (せいかいそう)？
先代の実家、南知多の日間賀島で老舗旅館「ホテル晴快荘」
を長年営んでだ「屋号」をホテルから譲り受け、
昭和４０年代「日間賀島の料理を名古屋で食べて頂きたい」
という思いを胸に、日間賀島から出て来られ、
創業は50年以上に!!
