このフォカッチャがすっごく美味しい♡あまじょっぱい(*´꒳`*)

◆コショウ鯛のカルパッチョ
とっても新鮮です！
コショウ鯛の上には薬味と数の子を削ったものがかけてありました。
薬味との相性も良く、素材の味を楽しめました♬
◆地蛸と焼きなすのマリネ
苦手食材が入っていてほとんど食べていないのでこちらは割愛
でもすごく良い香りで白ワインと頂きたかった…！
◆ブッラータチーズのカプレーゼ
この日一番気に入ったメニュー♡
イチゴとマンゴーにプチトマトとブッラータチーズ(*´Д｀*)
フルーツとブッラータチーズの組み合わせを初めて頂きましたが一瞬で気に入っちゃいました♡
程よいフルーツの酸味とチーズが相乗効果でより美味しい(´ω｀)

カラスミたーっぷり！
メバルもふわふわ♡
こちらも素材の味を活かした一品でした(^^)
◆黒毛和牛のビステッカ
ボリュームたっぷり！
味付けはシンプルに塩胡椒かバルサミコマスタードで☆
上質お肉でうまうま〜です！赤身肉最高(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)！

どのお料理も素材本来の味を活かした味付けでした(^^)
良い素材を使っているからこそですね☆
フォカッチャは美味しすぎて余った分はお持ち帰りしちゃいました♬
