The specialty is Teppanyaki which has a wide variety of dishes. The ``Dashimaki Tamago'', made with a secret soup stock made from bonito and kelp, is a must-try! In addition to the six standard types, including the most popular ``Mentaiko'', we also offer daily specials. Another recommended item is the Nagaimo Butter, which is made to a fluffy texture using our signature iron plate. Enjoy with our special butter sauce. Shabu-shabu, which is made by dipping the branded pork "Bono Pork Gifu" procured through a unique route in a secret soup stock, is shabu shabu specialty dish that rivals Teppanyaki! We have prepared three types of seasonings to bring out the deliciousness: sea salt, carefully selected ponzu sauce, and homemade sesame sauce. One of our favorites is our specially roasted sea salt. You can fully enjoy the sweetness of our proud meat. You can also enjoy it with vegetables such as green onions.We also serve it as a course, so please enjoy it♪
