大将の野澤さんと女将さんとの2人で営業されているお店で6名のみのカウンターで食べるスタイル。旬の食材を使用しながらも、一つ一つの料理に大して手間をかけながら、同店だけでしか食べることができない意外性のある組み合わせを堪能することができる。
