オシャレなラーメン屋さんです。
カウンターのみ7席ほどの小さなお店、
駐車場は無くて近くのコインパーキングが提携でサービス券をくれます。
券売機の前でどれにしようかしばし悩みコレに。
ここの看板ラーメンという「特製辛味噌ラーメン」1230円です。
ライスが付くようですが、お断りしました。
海苔が3枚、チャーシューが4枚だったかな、
糸唐辛子、白髪ネギ、メンマと味玉が丸々1個のラインナップ。
麺は細目のストレートです。
では、スープをひと口いきます。
う～ん、これはまさかの邂逅 !!
昔に何杯食べたかわからない、
今は閉店してしまった地元のあの味噌ラーメンの味だぁ。
あまり懲りすぎていない、かといって安っぽくもないあの懐かしい味♪
それに、辛さをのパンチを加えたラーメンのようです。
豚骨と鶏、それに北海道のお味噌をブレンドとのことですが、
この独自のブレンドのさじ加減が良いのでしょうね。
美味しかったです。
