お祝いごとだと、それに合わせてしつらえてもらえます☺️
定期的に通っている志ら玉に行ってきました
とはいえ、春ぶり？でかなり久しぶり
待ちに待った！と言う感じでした☺️
屏風やお花があるステキな部屋に通してもらい、まずは食前酒で乾杯
1品目は胡麻豆腐とじゅんさいの前菜❤️
何回もこしてあるのか、豆腐は滑らかで暑い夏にスルスル食べれるおいしさです
出汁が優しい味なので、じゅんさいと一緒にごくごく飲んでしまいました☺️
2品目は鰻の飯蒸しをわさびで食べました
ふかふかな鰻は脂が乗って美味しかった
ワサビの量が結構あるように見えますが、これくらいでちょうどよかったです
もっとつーんとくるかと思った
3品目はマグロとヒラメ✨
紫蘇の花が添えてあるの、最高
もちろん食べます
こっちのワサビはツーンとしました
4品目はすっぽんの卵豆腐
すっぽんの身と出汁で作ったものだそうです
夏バテに効きそうな一品ですよね
身は歯応えがあって、出汁が効いてて体中に染みました☺️
5品目は鮎、そして生姜を八丁味噌で頂きました
なんとこの食べ方は碧南の食べ方だそうです
スッキリする生姜の味が、味噌をつける事でまろやかになって、どんな味かイメージつきませんでしたが、ポリポリいけました❣️
鮎が後回しになってしまいましたが、鮎の塩焼きは蓼酢をつけていただきました蓼はピリッとしますが、蓼酢にすると不思議と食べやすくなります
6品目は色々寄せ合わせ
もずく、はまぐりのお寿司、枝豆、さつまいも、サーモンレモン
上には梶の葉っぱが乗ってます♪
これが夏の懐石に乗っているのはなぜかというと、この葉っぱはざらざらしていて墨が乗るそうです。だから昔は七夕のお願い事を書いたりもしていたみたい
こう言うステキなお話が聞けるのがここのお店のステキなポイントですよね
7品目はここの名物、角煮
毎回食べるのがとても楽しみな一品です♪
今回は湯葉が添えてありました
プルプルほろほろで食べやすいです
8品目はおうどん
茄子が乗ってた
9品目は毎回出てくるとろろご飯
いつもとろろだけおかわりしちゃいます
デザートも2品でます
マスカットとモモとゼリーでお口をさっぱりさせて、お茶と和菓子で和のお菓子を楽しみます
日本のご飯を楽しむのってほんと楽しい❣️
