Founded in 1965! "Yadakatsu" is a famous miso katsu restaurant that represents Nagoya and is a long-established restaurant.
Our secret miso and sauce are made using the same recipe since the restaurant first opened! The owner personally checks the pork before purchasing it at the butcher! For our value lunch, we use Kagosh
...ima loin and fillet. For our set menu, we boast the finest Wabuta Mochi Pork and Mutsudomari Kurobuta pork. We offer the freshest meat, with no compromises! Our staff will continue to work hard to deliver the same flavor to everyone, with our motto being "For our customers who think our deliciousness is delicious."
