Founded in 1965! "Yadakatsu" is a famous miso katsu restaurant that represents Nagoya and is a long-established restaurant.
Our secret miso and sauce are made using the same recipe since the restaurant first opened! The owner personally checks the pork before purchasing it at the butcher! For our value lunch, we use Kagosh |
名古屋市にお店を構える『矢田かつ』さんに伺いました。
大曽根駅から歩いて8分ほどです。
平日火曜日の11時25分にお店に到着。
先客が約6組いましたが、11時30分の開店と同時に、待ち時間なく店内へ。
味噌とんかつ定食(上) 1800円を注文。
30分ほど待って到着しました。
味噌はコクがありながらも甘さ感じる味わいで、カツとマッチして美味しいです。
お肉は厚切りながらも非常に柔らかく、ご飯がよく進みます。
付け合わせのキャベツやパスタサラダ、味噌汁も美味しく、あっという間に召し上がりました。
非常にクオリティが高く、大満足でした。
