Founded in 1965! "Yadakatsu" is a famous miso katsu restaurant that represents Nagoya and is a long-established restaurant.
Our secret miso and sauce are made using the same recipe since the restaurant first opened! The owner personally checks the pork before purchasing it at the butcher! For our value lunch, we use Kagosh |
外出先でランチの場所を探してたら近くに美味しそうなトンカツ屋さんを発見！
11:30ごろですでに行列ができてました。
初めてなので味噌とんかつランチを注文。
とても柔らかい肉に薄めの衣で揚げて、その上にさっぱりした味噌ソースでした。
脂っこくなくもっと食べたくなりました。
