Founded in 1965! "Yadakatsu" is a famous miso katsu restaurant that represents Nagoya and is a long-established restaurant.
Our secret miso and sauce are made using the same recipe since the restaurant first opened! The owner personally checks the pork before purchasing it at the butcher! For our value lunch, we use Kagosh |
矢場とんよりも薄めの味噌ダレが好みの分かれるところです。
今回は6年振りくらいの訪問です。
ヒレカツを味噌ダレで注文しました。
ヒレカツは薄めに切ったお肉を2〜3枚に合わせたものに衣を付けて揚げてあるので柔らかく食べられますが、肉！といった食感はあまり感じられないのが残念。
ここらでは有名なお店ですがトンカツなら植田の百年亭のほうが好みかなー。
