青もの好きな、顧問税理士と一緒に来店。
コースは事前に1万円でお願いしました。
小鉢、刺し盛り、あん肝、このわた茶碗蒸し、塩辛などボリュームは申し分無く味も良い、特に美味しかったのは、しめ鯖、塩辛、穴子です。
しめ鯖は昆布の酢漬けと相性抜群で3回もおかわりしました。
塩辛は臭みもなく、柚が良い感じのバランスで美味しかったです。
穴子は冷たい状態でも非常に柔らかくて、口当たりも滑らかで良かったです。
酒を嗜まない店主だけに、アルコールのレパートリーはあまりセンス良く無いのが残念ですが、持ち込みも可能なので、次回はアルコールを持ち込んで伺いたいと思います。
