I love flour dishes (^^) I visited "Neighborhood Teppan-yaki Ie Tsudoi" located in Yamada 1-chome, Kita-ku, Nagoya City. It is a teppan restaurant located along Route 19, about a 5-minute walk from Ohsone Station. The restaurant has an L-shaped counter and table seating, and a casual atmosphere with a TV playing! I love tonpeiyaki and order it whenever I find it. The big difference between this and other restaurants is that the raw egg is added right before the dish is finished and quickly mixed with the chili sauce. Okonomiyaki classic The spicy chili sauce is mildly neutralized by the egg, and the taste is exquisite! 10 kinds of lemon sours are in vogue! The manager was very nice and we had a good time even though it was our first time visiting!
