Food “Japanese Italian Cuisine” born from Italian tradition and Japanese ingredients
Upriaco's cuisine is based on old-fashioned, traditional Italian cuisine that enjoys the flavors of the ingredients through simple cooking methods such as marinating, grilling, and stewing. We then combined Japanese seasonings and ingredients such as kelp soup stock and Saikyo miso to create ``Japanese Italian Cuisine.'' We want you to enjoy seasonal flavors in a casual manner, so in addition to standard menus such as pasta and pizza, we also offer daily obanzai and recommended dishes. The reasonable price, starting from 380 yen per plate, is also attractive.

Because we use simple cooking methods that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, we value seasonality and freshness. Aiming for local production and consumption as much as possible, we purchase vegetables from contracted farmers and fish directly from Mie's fishing port. We don't have a standard menu for Meat Dishes, but instead create menus that match the availability of meat. We want you to eat well, so we are particular about the volume of each plate. Every time you visit, enjoy our exquisite seasonal menu.

The master, who ran Wine Bar in Kurokawa for many years, is a wine professional with a sommelier qualification. We are proud of our Italian wines that go well with our dishes. We also have a wide variety of fruity and easy-to-drink sake liqueurs such as berry, peach, cassis, and strawberry, which are recommended for women.
