シンガポール駐在時、ブギスにマ・メゾンが入っていて、会社から徒歩圏内だったので、同僚とよく行ってました。学生時代、奮発したディナーは勿論クリスマスと誕生日ですが、そこまででは無いにしても、雰囲気があって、ちょっとしたディナーによく使っていました。
先日、星ヶ丘テラスにある分点に伺いましたが、やはり行くなら本店という事で、満を持して今週月曜日に伺ったものの、昨年5月から月曜日定休。金曜日に再チャレンジしました。
星ヶ丘三越と千種図書館の間に位置しており、大通りから入った住宅街にあります。駐車場は少し離れた場所にあります。
学生時代は、大きなハンバーグを食べていましたが、今は流石に厳しく、その下の量のマ・メゾンハンバーグランチを注文しました。
スープ、サラダ、ご飯とハンバーグ、飲み物が付いています。デミグラスソースがかなり複雑な味でした。
ハンバーグが主役なので、そこまでデミグラスソースが目立たなくても良いんじゃ無い？と言うのが、正直な感想です。昔もこんなソースでしたっけ？それとも私の味覚が変わったのかな？笑
勿論、デミグラスソースは好みの問題ですが、それを除けば、美味しかったです。
