名古屋・藤が丘の富が丘交差点近くにある「ギョツー」。外観からはわかりませんが、店内はちょっとシックな感じのさかな料理専門店です。
夜がメインのようですがランチタイムも充実していて、９種類ほどのランチメニューが用意されています。
いただいたのは「おさしみランチ」1,280円。メニューには「おまかせ６種」とコメントされていますが、実際には、鮪、鯛、サーモン、剣先烏賊、蛸、鰹、帆立、甘海老など９種類ほどの刺身が花びらのように盛り付けられていました。
元々は魚屋さんだったそうで、今でも当時と同じように新鮮な魚を仕入れられるのだとか。ジャンルに囚われない幅広い魚料理がいただけるのが魅力ですね。
