It's been 10 years since I last visited, but the taste and restaurant haven't changed much, so I felt nostalgic. I ordered a bottle of Spumante and had an assortment of 3 types of Oyster: Hokkaido, Hyogo, and Hiroshima.My favorite was the Hyogo oysters. Spring Roll Sea and Moon Salad The dressing uses raw eggs. The fried oysters were crispy and deep-fried and delicious.The stewed beef and the squid ink risotto at the end were delicious. It was a feast.
