You can enjoy the finest quality meat that is available over charcoal grilled through a purchasing route that we have been working with for many years. We offer two types of popular skirt steak: Japanese black beef skirt steak, which is extremely difficult to obtain, and black Angus beef skirt steak. classic short ribs are Kuroge Wagyu beef with high-quality marbling, domestic beef with a good balance of fat, and our original bar ribs made by cutting the middle part of Kuroge Wagyu beef into sticks.The upper ribs are lean and tender, with lots of jigs when you bite into them. We offer a rare cut of kainomi, which is characterized by the delicious flavor of its fat.

Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) which is very popular not only in winter but also in summer, is made directly by our staff who are former sumo wrestlers from Kyushu! There are three types of soup: salt, soy sauce, and miso. We use fresh beef hormones that can only be found at a butcher shop. There are plenty of additional toppings, such as Chinese noodles to finish off the meal, and risotto that goes great with cheese.
