At [Yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Hanare], you can enjoy authentic charcoal-grilled Yakiniku (Grilled meat) on a charcoal grill. We are particular about female beef, and we cook it to match the meat to bring out its deliciousness to the fullest! Recommended items are the seitan, which is hand-cut daily without being frozen, and the carefully prepared fresh offal. The high-temperature ogre bincho charcoal instantly cooks and locks in the flavor of the meat. Enjoy it with our homemade sauce made from soup extracted from chicken bones and wagyu beef mixed with vegetables and fruits.

The menu has a diverse lineup other than Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
