Golden dashi made with tuna flakes created through trial and error. The elegant aroma and deep flavor enhance the taste of the ingredients. We offer many dishes using golden dashi, such as rolled eggs, fried dashi, dashi chazuke, and ohitashi.

The elegant aroma and deep flavor of the golden dashi stock made with tuna flakes. Mochi pork has light fatty meat and rich flavor. This is the ultimate dashi-shabu with a harmonious combination of two umami flavors. This is a proud dish that can be eaten easily. Available for one person only.
Food ●Drink set that is safe even for one person♪
It costs 1,000 yen (excluding tax) and comes with an appetizer (refillable edamame), sashimi, a side dish of obanzai, and a drink of your choice, including draft beer. Please feel free to visit us if you are working alone or if you live in the neighborhood. I welcome you.

The owner personally visits sake breweries and stocks a selection of famous sake, including sake, which he purchases through his relationships with brewers. Feel free to enjoy it in three ways: gulp (100ml) for 480 yen, glass (200ml) for 880 yen, and tokkuri (360ml) for 1,580 yen.
