Handmade chicken wings made with domestic chicken and a secret sauce
A long-established chicken wing chain izakaya that has been in business for over 35 years. You can eat seasonal sashimi and their famous chicken wings at a very reasonable price! The food is delicious |
こちらのお店は、長い掘りごたつテーブルがあってカウンターは５～6席。
特徴をざっと表すなら
・雰囲気は大衆居酒屋。
・料理は、酒飲みのためのから食事まで幅広い居酒屋料理。簡単なつまみだけでなく、
ちゃんと料理されたものも出てくる。満足度はなかなか。
・日本酒はそこそこ。焼酎は種類が豊富。日本酒やワインが冷蔵保存なのは人によっては好みが分かれる。
・接客は、愛想がいい。スピード感もあり。
・一人で行くよりも何人かでいったほうが楽しめる雰囲気。
・馬鹿騒ぎのお客が店員からたしなめられていたが、当然公共の場なので騒ぐのは論外。
この日、仲間と2人で頂いたのは、「なまかきポン酢」、「銀杏焼き」、「ほたるいか沖漬」「手羽先」「チーズ豆腐」
これに日本酒3種類6合。日本酒は300円からあったが安すぎて
逆に怖くて頼んでいない。八海山特別本醸造がワインコインだったので
それで終始楽しんだ。
生カキポン酢はまだ時期が早いせいか身が小さかったが、
値段が300円とバカ安。日替わりの品らしい。
手羽先は小ぶりだがうまい。
銀杏はどこも一緒だが量が多くて値段もワンコイン以下だったので満足。
楽しく飲めました。
