This is an Okinawa/Kyushu Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in Shinmizuhashi. It's one block from the street in front of the station, and there are many restaurants around here. There are casual French cuisine and Ramen restaurants. This Imonchu is a chain, and I've been to restaurant in Hara, Tenpaku Ward several times. Sometimes I just want to go to Okinawa. However, it's not easy to get there, so I'll at least go and eat Okinawan Cuisine. Recently, the number of Okinawan Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Japanese pubs) has been increasing, and they offer an Okinawan atmosphere, making it an easy trip to Okinawa. Start with Jima me tofu and sea grapes. This is Teppan! Island rakkyo or Okinawa Soba might also be good. There are many types of awamori, so you can enjoy your favorite one. In addition to Okinawa, you can also enjoy Kyushu cuisine. I found Nagasaki Hatoshi so I ordered it. When I was in Nagasaki last month, this was the only item (among the ones I had set my sights on) that I couldn't eat. I never expected to eat it in Nagoya... Hatoshi is a fried bread stuffed with minced shrimp. I was hesitant because there were a lot of Fried food late at night, but temptation won out. It was delicious. Other is delicious no matter what you order. Sometimes there are disappointing Okinawan Cuisine, but this one is a hit. I was satisfied that the bitter gourd chips were too salty.
