名古屋で最初の家系ラーメン
1998年に開業いたしましたが、なかなか思うようにいかずラーメン屋を廃業しようと思っていたところ横浜で家系ラーメンと出会いました。その「衝撃」の味が忘れられず、どうしても名古屋で家系ラーメンを提供したいと思い横浜の壱六家へ。2003年に名古屋初の家系ラーメンの店として再出発しました。 麺は横浜から直送。モチモチの太麺とコッテリしていてもくどくない醤油豚骨のスープの相性は抜群です。
