最近近くに引っ越して来て近くの店を物色中においしい店が在りました
お店に入るとガランとした感じで（ハズレか？）と思いましたが、取り敢えず席に座り

もつ鍋は味噌、塩、醤油、ピりから...
もつ鍋ってお店によってずいぶん味が違いますが… ここのモツ鍋が一番好きです。
大ぶりでプリッとしたモツがコラーゲンたっぷりで食べ応え十分です。
味噌味がお薦め！
