名古屋中央卸売市場本場へ 数十年ぶりに出かけました。
場内入り口 右手には飲食店他、文具店、床屋などが並んでいます。
朝１０時過ぎでしたが、朝４時頃開店の飲食店が多く、
どのお店も すでにランチ時になっていました。
お昼ご飯を こちらのお店でいただきました。
カウンター席に腰掛け、メニューを先確認。
外にも メニュー看板があり、ランチメニューを見て、
これなら という気持ちで入店。
すでに 常連さんがお一人 カウンターにいらっしゃいました。
海鮮ちらし（茶碗蒸し・フルーツ付き（1,000円））
ネタは 鮪赤身・中トロ、白身魚、甘エビ、いくら、サーモン、生たこ、玉子の他、
刻みのり、かんぴょう、でんぶ、大葉、キュウリ、ショウガ、大根ツマなどが乗っていました。
もちろん、びっくりするような高価なネタは少なかったのですが、
このお値段にしては ネタの数も多く、手の込んだ内容でした。
もう一つ感激したのは、
回転寿司などでいただく茶碗蒸しとは異なり、
銀杏、百合根が入っていたこと！
海老も入っており、ランチ時の茶碗蒸しには贅沢な一品でした。
市場の生き字引のような常連さんからは
「本場内では このお店が一押し」と太鼓判をもらいました。
食事をしながら、
人柄の良さそうな大将や、常連さんと、
中央卸売市場の昔話を伺い、有意義な時間を過ごせました。
メニューにある にぎり寿司のランチも 期待できそうです。
ごちそうさまでした。
