しばらくぶりの訪問、行列は5組程度、駐車場が満車でしたのでしばし停車、ほどなく店前が空いたので駐車。さて、並んでいるといりこ出汁の良い匂いがしてきます。うーん、たまらん。
前回汐でしたので今回は醤そばにしました。
味玉入りで1,050円なり。
並び時間は15分程でした。着席してから着丼まで5分ほど。平日でしたがGW中のため、ある程度の待ちを覚悟してましたけど、それほどでもなく良かった。
さあ、なかなかレポにはない醤そばです。醤油の良い香りにイリコの風味も立ってます。
麺を啜り、スープを一口、うーん，全てがまろやかな感じです、中細平打麺がツルツルシコシコでほんとに美味い！スープも醤油の旨みがたまりません、ほんとに雑味なくて旨みだけが素直に感じられるラーメンです。いやいやスープ全部飲んじゃいけないけど完飲ですね、仕方ない。
