この日は午前中愛知県内の現場定例。
終えてホテルに戻る途中、寄り道してランチ。
名鉄名古屋本線堀田駅から徒歩10分ほど。
らぁ麺や汐そば雫さん！
店頭12時15分頃着！
外に並びはなく、すんなりと店内へ。
入口横の食券機にて、肉玉汐そばをポチりまして店員さんにお渡しして、空いているカウンター席に案内されます。
お水はセルフサービス。
5分ほどで着丼でした！
黄金色に輝くスープ。
鶏油がたっぷり浮いています。
そして節系の香りがふわっと鼻腔をくすぐります。
まずはスープから一口。
魚介出汁の風味が活き、鶏油の旨味の効いたコク深いスープです。
味にパンチもしっかりあります。
めちゃくちゃ好きなタイプ♪
麺は平打ちの中細タイプ。
啜り心地がこの上なく心地良い。
うん、この手のタイプも好きです。
チャーシューは、3種類8枚も乗っていますね。
鶏チャーシューは独特な香りあり。
五香粉(ウーシャンフェン)的な…ちょっと苦手。
薄くカットされたレアな豚バラ、昔ながらのもも肉のチャーシューは4枚も。
ナイスボリューム╭( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑
豪快に啜りまくっていたら、あっという間にペロリ！
大変美味しかったです！
