塩ラーメンを丹精込めて完成させた汐そばが有名です。
汐味たまをいただきました。
魚介の風味が活きており、旨みがダイレクトに伝わります。澄んだスープがと盛られたチャーシューや鶏ハムが美しく芸術作品の様です。
味玉、メンマも美味しく、全てに妥協せず完成された逸品となっています。
極みの一杯をいただきました。
