系列店である大府のRAMENぶろすには何度か伺ってますが、コチラのお店は初訪問となります。
開店15分前に到着し、2番目での待ちです。
熟成黒醤油全のせ¥1,220を注文。
スープは鶏の出汁をしっかり感じられ、醤油らーめんですが口あたりまろやかに頂けます。
麺は中細位のストレートで、スルスルと頂けます。
合鴨のローストは良い熱の入り方、炙られたネギも見た目・味ともにインパクトありますね。
一番良かった点は、燻製煮玉子が半分にカットされてること。
見た目も良いし、一口で食べれるので、意図せず黄身がスープに落ちてしまう、、、という事も避けられます。
手間がかかってる一杯だなと感じます。
座席の間隔の広さであったり、らーめん自体のクオリティの高さ、全てにおいてレベルは高いと思います。
