地下鉄桜山駅から歩いて１０分弱ほどの場所に２０２２年６月にオープンした居酒屋、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル５卓の席数、２２時近くと遅めの時間に入ったのでほかにお客さんは１組と落ち着いていました。
メニューはお刺身に海鮮サラダ、海鮮ユッケ、海鮮納豆、季節の海鮮アヒージョなどの海鮮系をはじめ、唐揚げやチキン南蛮、とり天などの揚げ物、定番の一品料理、また、シメにはしんちゃん特製チャーハンや坦々焼きそば、台湾ラーメンなどがありました。値段は３００円台、４００円台のツマミも多くあり全体的にリーズナブルと言える価格帯ですね。
その中からいただいたのはお刺身の３種盛りに味噌串カツ、答志島産アオサとシラスのアヒージョなど。お刺身はサーモン、カンパチ、カツオの３種類、分厚く食べ応えのある切り身でしっかり脂ののったサーモンにカンパチなどどれもなかなかに美味しいです。
答志島産アオサとシラスのアヒージョはグツグツとしたオイルにしらすのほどよい塩気とあおさから感じる磯の風味、それに強すぎず、それでいてしっかり主張してくるニンニクも実に絶妙、カリッカリのバゲットもたまりません、コレはかなり気に入りました。
今回タコと答志島産生わかめの三杯酢など気になりつつ品切れで食べられなかった料理もあったので機会があればまたお邪魔したいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
