かなりジャンクな食べ方ですよ
でもね、白いご飯にのっけて食べると
これがめちゃくちゃ美味いんだ。
ホルモンとともに焼かれた野菜が
とても良いアクセントになっているのです
濃い味噌味なので好き嫌いはハッキリするかも
私は大好きですこの味。
調理をしてくれるお兄ちゃんが
材料と一緒に小さな扇風機を運んでくるんです
そしてその扇風機を鉄板の横にセット
「これ何するの?」と私は聞いた。
「お客さんに煙が流れないように」とお兄ちゃん
優れたホスピタリティーじゃないですか(笑)
こういう小さな気配りに感心しちゃう私
それだけでも再訪問の価値ありです。
たっぷりのホルモンを濃い味噌の味付けて食べる
まさに男の飯。
