大粒なホルモンがゴロゴロ
オーダー率100%のとん焼き(税込1,400円)は、大きくカットされたホルモンが、これでもか!と入っている、ホルモン好きには天国な逸品。
特製の味噌だれと、大量のおろしニンニクを加え、目の前の鉄板で手際良く焼いてくれるLive感もたまりません。
とん焼きには、セットで生ビールorライス&味噌汁が付いていて、いづれかを選択可能。6:4の比率で生ビールが選ばれるそうです。
連れは生ビールを、自分は変化球でレモンサワー(氷無し)をオーダー。
ホルモンは臭みゼロで新鮮そのもの。下処理も完璧で、大変良い仕事をされています。これ、ライスも絶対に合うねと、連れは呑むのを断念して、ライス大をオーダー。少しだけライスを分けてもらい、ホルモン&ライスを頬張ると、今日は酒を呑まなくてもいいやー、と言う気持ちに。
結局連れのライスを半分ほど分けてもらい、その後もアルコールを取り続け、身体に悪いパターンと理解しながらも、やめられない止まらない、かっぱえびせん状態に。

You cannot order additional items (except for drinks and side dishes), so you must order the famous ton-yaki on the first try. Usually, it is cooked with a special miso sauce, but they actually offer it with a mysterious salt flavor for regulars? They first grill one third of it with salt, then add the usual miso sauce. As with yakitori and Yakiniku (Grilled meat), the salt flavor is all about the ingredients. In particular, if the hormone is not fresh even a little, the salt flavor is a hellish pain.
