見るからに華やかな すだちそば。
つゆには お出汁のジュレが入っています。
冷えたお蕎麦の この食感が好き。
噛み応えと喉ごしのある感じがね。
サッパリとしていながらもお出汁の旨味も感じられて美味しかったです。
そして、ここにきたら絶対頼んで欲しいのが天ぷら！
天ぷら屋さんのような薄い衣の天ぷらではないけれど、決して分厚いわけでもない。
お蕎麦と一緒に食べるのにはちょうどいい◎
夜は焼酎片手に天ぷらを。
そして〆にお蕎麦をすする…なんて想像しただけでテンション上がる…っ！
何度訪れたくなる お蕎麦屋さんでした。
