西区庄内通にある「上物天然海鮮カツオ 」が、お昼の営業としてはじめた鰻専門店。
前払い式で、基本テイクアウトだけど、店内でも食べることが可能だった。
鰻丸重 (1,590円)を頼んだ。
奈良の片上醤油の自家用たまり、淡口醤油、ミュスカデルの白ワイン、焦がし玉葱、椎茸などを溶かし込んだ新たな継ぎ足ししないタレを使い、備長炭の白炭で焼いた鰻を、丸い重の中に詰めた岐阜県産ハツシモ米とあいちのかおりを日高昆布と超軟水の湧き水で炊いた御飯の上に鰻が半身分のっていた。
青山椒と花椒をブレンドした山椒が添えられていた。
